All major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping and Customs Charges
Glen’s fine art photography prints are sent from the US and we offer FREE shipping in the US. We will ship to most places in the world.
Please be aware that depending on where prints are being shipped to, there may be customs and/or import fees payable. These fees are not included in the price of the print and must be paid for by the order recipient. If in doubt as to what these charges might be, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Our Returns Policy
Glen’s fine art photography prints are made to order, but if you are buying your print directly from us and are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return the item(s) to us. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your print(s) that you wish to cancel your order and return the item(s) to us. Your order must be returned to us within 14 days of letting us know that you wish to cancel your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, in order to receive a full refund (less delivery costs).
Please note, returns postage must be paid for by the customer and we cannot be held liable for any losses. We therefore suggest any returns are sent fully insured.
If you are returning a print to us for a refund, please be aware that any customs or import charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
Please also note that if you purchase one of Glen’s prints from one of our representing galleries, they may have different terms and conditions.

What do we do with it?
All the personal data we collect via email, our contact form and via personal interaction with our clients, is processed by us and retained on our in-house data storage devices. Our website is built using WordPress & Woocommerce and details submitted via our site, may be stored on third-party servers. Data is stored in multiple Tier III data centers across the United States. Images and other static assets are served via multiple geographically distributed content delivery networks (CDNs). This system ensures that the data in each page view is served from the data center closest to the visitor’s location.
How long do we keep it?
As we are based in the United States, we opt to comply with the more stringent UK tax law to keep your basic information (assuming a financial transaction has taken place) for a period of no less than six years. After this time, your information will be destroyed.
If you have agreed that we may keep your email address for marketing purposes, we will keep this on our database managed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) unless and until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information (see ‘Newsletter’ below).
Do we ever share your information with a third party?
Your details are not passed on to any third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
If you have agreed that we may keep your details for marketing purposes, we use an external company (Brevo formerly Sendinblue) for sending out our newsletter (see ‘Newsletter’ below).
Your rights – controlling your personal information
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.
Data retention
When you place an order through gmcouvillion.com for our photographic prints, we will maintain your information for our records for the minimum time that is necessary. For some purposes such as our business accounting obligations, this length of time will be determined by legislation.
Newsletter
We use Brevo to manage the collection of email addresses for marketing purposes and for sending out newsletters approximately once a month. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, we will only use your contact details for this purpose. We will not share this information with a third party. You may unsubscribe at any time by simply clicking on a link which is at the bottom of each newsletter that we send out. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and we will delete your email address from the system.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you use these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over those other websites. We cannot, therefore, be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites, as they are not governed by this privacy statement.
Social Media
We use social media as a way of communicating and engaging with our clients and interested parties. We use external social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter) and as such, the terms and conditions of those providers apply when using their platforms.
We will never ask for personal information from our users via these public platforms and would advise users wishing to contact us, to do so either via the social media (private) direct messaging service, or (preferably) directly with us.
We use social sharing buttons on our website which help users share information contained in our website with their followers on social media. Users should note that they do this at their own discretion and should be aware of the respective social media platform’s own privacy policy.
